I love Engine Masters, even if it has little relevance to my current 4-cylinder world. Back in the 70’s and 80’s, we would screw around with Offenhauser/Edelbrock manifolds and monster carbs and Mallory or Accel dual-point ignitions and headers on our stock internals like we knew what we were doing. Pretty cool watching them confirm we were right or (mostly) wrong.
