I'm on high ground locally and 128ft above sea level.

Lots of people buy without looking at the topography, which blows my mind. I guess I learned in the Boy Scouts from putting a tent on a beautiful sandy piece of ground that if it rains for a few hours that dry ground can become a creek. Never made that mistake again.
