I would assume that all other things are held equal too. Most people I know went through that ricer stage when they were 16 and all of them wanted Hondas. They are cheap, plentiful, reliable, and civics tend to have that boy racer draw to them. Your reasoning for labeling them as unsafe is flawed.

Now, I'm just going to make a random observation here, and y'all can accuse me of whatever you'd like.

Let's say, hypothetically, that a person who is 4'10" tall and weighs 75 lbs tried out for the football team. I expect that he would not be accepted. Would you expect the coach to be accused of discrimination / bias / whatnot?
