Truck has Texas plates, I guess that is equivalent to handicapped.
Truck was half blocking the aisle right in front causing traffic congestion.

to be fair, if he indeed had a disabled parking permit, he was totally in the right for parking there -- it's the mall's fault for not providing ample room.

 

granted, but it was said to have just texas plates, no other handicap placard. I go by that info.

I use to live in Texas, 12 years. I had a Mt-bike team in the late 80s. We went to an international event in Colorado one year and after the guys were done with their events they all donned F--ck You we’re from Texas T-shirts and tried to stand in view of Photographers taking race pictures. I am well aware of the sense of superiority, the ignorance, and attitude that comes with being Texan. Knowing this I just found it amusing that the truck had Texas plates.

On video you see her get out ON THE CELL PHONE, next the man is seen walking to the womans convert benz steps into the car and pisses all over the dash.
