Todays epic fail. This pretty fast RSX decided to mess with me again today. I barely beat him on 5 psi. Anywho. My tach had been acting funny. We went from a 40 roll ish (that is when he finally pissed me off enough to toss his salad with vtec sauce) so i hit 13 psi in 2nd and my tach drops to zero the car falls flat then it comes back. So i get pissed hit third and at about 70 i pull back beside him. Blam, tach falls flat and i fail yet again. Pissed, i pull over and pop my hood. I found that the wires on my IAT sensor got rubbed through, and were grounding out. So being the super awesome combat medic i am, i got gauze from my first aid kit and taped it up, made sure my plug wires were on tightly and the car runs flawlessly. Epic gheyness.

So after picking at my cast for an hour or so, I felt something inside that at first I thought was a sharp piece of plaster, but it turns out it was metal that's sticking out of my knuckle. I know I have 6 pieces in my hand after the 2nd surgery on Friday, but I didnt know he had the metal sticking out of my ******* hand.

I'm debating pulling the cast off......even though I know that's 100% not what I should do. But jesus christ I want to so bad. I've had probably close to 10 different casts on throughout my life, but this one is by far the worst. I can just feel the metal rubbing against the inside of the cast. I stick my hand in and I can feel the rod and blood. ****!

 

I got to drive a 2010 MS3 today for the first time. They are rather beastly. Makes me want to fix this whole lack of boost thing I've got going on.

 

When you drive a car that makes 90whp, just about anything feels faster.
