Two songs, IMO, that should be left alone: The Star Spangled Banner and Imagine. When I come to power, those who take creative license with the National Anthem will be executed in front of the crowd whose ears they've just molested.

I'm talking more along the lines of those who add extra syllables and sing off-key on purpose. Every time some bimbo gets in front of the mic to sing it she has to add some pizzazz (sp?) and it's ******* annoying. Don't get me started on not knowing the lyrics...

What a weird day.

A couple hours ago, I heard my coworker yell out, "Hey Mark, come help me stop this car!" I run outside and there's a 2009 Mustang that's rolled completely out of its parking spot and is halfway across the row, heading for another row of parked cars. Both doors locked, no alarm set apparently. It's creeping along about an inch per second, so we both get low and put our backs on the trunk of the car...a customer walks by and we send him back in to find the owner. She comes running out yelling "I don't know what happened??? I put it in gear???"


Then 2 minutes ago I walk downstairs in the building and pass a couple sitting at a table. They both looked pissed and as I passed, I hear him say, "I don't care what happened, I just want to...." and that's all I hear on my way by the table. As I come back upstairs one of the restaurant workers tells me that he was nearby and the dude just proposed to his girlfriend and she straight up said no and wouldn't touch the ring, just left the jewelry box sitting on the table. Who the hell proposes in a frickin' sandwich place (and gets turned down to boot)?

Yeah, upon further reflection, I guess the decision to propose in the sandwich place makes the rejection somewhat more inevitable.

 

Just got back from the Dr and had a new cast put on. He pulled out the middle finger pin cause it was rubbing and it was ok to come out now. That was the least damaged finger out of the 3.

******* 3.25" long pins!!! WTF!! 2 more pins in the hand and 3 more in the wrist. I cant WAIT to get my ******* hand back! lol

Yeah, that happened here in Atlanta. The news was following it live and a lot of people were watching when that happened After that, they only showed where the SUV starts to roll. IIRC the cops were chasing him over some stolen/fraud checks he had been using. Glad the ****** died, one less pile of **** taking up space on this planet.
