I just had a bit of that... hand smooth that is. If that's what it's called these days.

 

Goddamn headlights. My friend pointed out to me earlier when we met up to eat that one of my headlights was out. Which I didn't even notice, since my lights are so bright. One light puts out more than most peoples two lights. I've also been without driving lights for a few months since one of them also burned out. So I just ordered $80 in new bulbs. Back up to the 80/100W headlights and 85W driving lights. Those might last me another 6-9 months.

Keep in mind they are twin turboing this thing, with all the goodies. damn i wish i had money.

Its amazing how things work out after enough work has been put in.

Concrete work is FINALLY starting to pick up this year and I worked my first 50+ hour week in a long time. They're also going to start having me do the estimates and proposals for most of the work that comes in.

eBay has been good to me, keeping money coming in under hard times, but then this week I did stellar. Money coming in daily and more than I'd make working a 10 hour day.

I also have appointments setup to go check out some new potential clients. One of which is a fully restored vintage VW bug, not to mention the guy has an array of other cars/toys/collectibles. Another being something to do with bull run, but that one is up in the air right now. Then another 2 random collections I'm going to go check out.

Then to top it off I picked up some more work helping my buddy down at the shop detailing cars. Sometimes I'm down there for hours waiting for someone or just killing time, so I mentioned I'd be willing to work a few hours here and there the other night and he called me this morning. So I guess tmr I'll find out if this is just gas money or bill money. lol

I just hope things can keep going at the rate they have been. All in due time right.

Unfortunately no. My hand is still dealing with the damage from the last time. I actually just pulled a shard of glass out the other day, weeks after the fact.

Lots of people have told me that's going to be my downfall in business, so I'm working on it.

Note how only one pic has a rollbar in it. Also note how only one pic has a spoiler in it, and is that a pinstripe I see in one pic? LULZ, there's a hood vent only in one picture if my eyes do not mistake me. Even the interior is different in different pics.
