So I was brushing up on the Stoakes-Whibley Index of Supernatural Collective Nouns in my spare time this evening, and something finally occurred to me.

I feel like an idiot for not having realized this sooner. Say, in 1989 or so.

The name "Borg" is just a silly wordplay on Cyborg. They are cybernetic creatures. They needed a name, the writers were feeling lazy, and three or four hits of acid later "I've got it! They're called 'The Borg'!"

What to do... stick it out with this girl I'm seeing, who is nice, cute, funny, easy to get along with, and a 7.5, though she is lately being hard to get in touch with and acting fairly distant.
