This is my favorite part of the game. Think of how much more dynamic and bad *** the longer races will be with real time changing weather and day to night changes. No two races exactly the same. Can you say, replay value!

 

You're kidding, right? The city is the damn problem. That and all the holes in Albany. Upstate is good, it's the NY taxes/regulations that suck.
