129+69=198 x 4 = $792

With taxes, shipping, mounting and balancing, might be worth it to someone that REALLY was going to buy the same thing.

Nothing like roaming the halls of a brand new, unoccupied Childrens Hospital building at 4am. Christened two toilets on the 7th floor with my runny stomach bug *****, played on the helipad, tinkered with the MRI machine with full room projectors and mood lighting, chair raced down halls, ect.

So I found a house I wanted to go look at on Sunday morning, called the realtor and went to see it that afternoon.

Fresh and fully renovated, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, w/d, dw, central air, huge back deck, full basement, 1.86 acres, only 1 neighbor more than 100 yards away, etc etc.

We loved it and got the ball rolling with credit checks and our offer. Yesterday our realtor dropped off the lease papers at the shop that we need to sign and get them back in asap.

Last night we got in a huge fight and the papers are now thrown in a crumbled mess on the floor.

Perfect.

lol

My right hand is so beat up looking its ridiculous. I think I've broken it 3 times now in the past year. Last night I did my best to keep calm, so I laid down on the couch and fell asleep in the middle of the fight.

We're in a rental now. This new place is like a rental with an option to buy type deal. We could buy something, but at least with 1 year leases if it doesn't work out between us we aren't in a bigger mess than I'd like to be in.

Our priorities just aren't the same and its starting to tear away at us. I'm really not sure what to do at this point.

call the realtor, he'll have plenty of extra lease agreements. just tell him your gf ate it (in case you can't own a dog in the new place).

Make sure to check the new place for termites, ants, roaches, bees, hornets, squirrels, raccoons, chipmunks, bats, porcupines, coyotes, giant tortoises, antelope, timberwolves, wildebeest, cape buffalo, northern white rhinoceroses, and Asian elephants BEFORE you sign anything.

hahaha

Well the good news is the house has an actual basement and the entire place was renovated. We'd be the first ones to live in it.

Trust me dude, when we walked around I checked every god damn thing I could. lol

As we were leaving a fox came running out of the backyard, but they don't bother me. If anything I figured he'd be a bro and help me out with the chipmunks if anything.

Actually they have. This past Saturday I killed the first 2 of the season. lol

I decided not to bump the thread only because its a touchy subject and I don't want anyone breathing down my neck for sharing. But yes, I am still killing these ******* every time they show themselves.

Looking forward to the thread where Vash is holed up in the basement as thousands of foxes assault his new house.

Feckin' hell, tell people to grow some *****. Chipmunks are like rats/mice - and you don't see them crying about killing rats now, do you?

You guys got me wrong. I'm really easy to get along with. I'm justa terrible person to provoke. lol

I'll pass on the rabies. Bath salts and eating faces sounds more like my thing.

Blaen, everyone here is for the chipmunk extermination. Its people online that have shown a distaste for it.

Speaking of which, there's one outside peeping his ------- head off right now. So as soon as I post this, I'll be going after him.
