Its official! Moving to our new place August 1st!

I saw the listing came down and our deposit check was cashed. Granted, this is just another rental for us, but we aren't married and I cant comfortably lock myself into a 30yr contract just yet.

If this next year goes well, this place also has an option to buy, so that's what I'm thinking in the back of my head.

2 acres to myself complete with a little pond.

Told my landlord off last week and told him we were leaving. I said "I have sympathy for you" and I think that really made him mad. ------- loser. I cant wait to move out and report this place to the housing authorities.

but the rate on a 30 yr fixed is like basically free money. but renting is extremely underrated.

I like the idea of testing the place for a year before buying it. This way I can see if every god damn creature in the world finds me again, if the neighbor kids ride dirt bikes and atvs non stop, random people walk through my property, etc etc.

For me, location is key. I'll be moving from 50 acres that I share with a bunch of redneck losers to 2 acres that will be just ours. I can live with that.

LOL

Believe it or not, the only damage to the walls here are from stray objects flying through the air.

Ok, then we also need to know the average velocity of Vash's throw, and the mass, hardness, rigidity and dimensions of pretty much everything he owns that isn't nailed down.

Sidebar:

When in was in Jr. High, there was a kid named Richard Montgomery who was a total douche. Kind of a first gen emo-bully, about 15 years before "emo" became a recognized disability.

Richard used to punch walls in the school from time to time, and sometimes he'd head-butt them as well. He was shockingly effective against interior walls, but he was also kind of an idiot. Specifically, he sometimes forgot that in coastal Florida, exterior walls tend to be made of cinder blocks filled with concrete.

Anyway, he's dead now. The year after we graduated from high school, a fellow named Daniel Conahan lured him out into the woods with a promise of being paid to pose for some nude bondage photos while tied to a tree. Needless to say, Conahan cut off his junk, sodomized him to death, and then decapitated him.

I can't think of anyone who deserved to die in such a way more than Richard did. He really was a douchebag.

True story.

If Vash and Faeflora were mated in a lab, which hand would be the sawzall and which hand would be the sledge hammer?

EDWARD SAWZALLSLEDGEHAMMER HANDS.

Damn. She isn't THAT crazy, she just really likes her some Jesus. But then again she is a pretty bad christian if you ask me. She cusses like a sailor, lies a good bit, and parties and drinks with the best of them. She is pretty open minded though, as we talked about it (religion) a time or two. in the past.

I've punched everything from walls to fish tanks (windshields, car panels, concrete, aluminum, closet doors, xbox360, etc etc). Once I got older I decided it was better to hit inanimate objects, seeing as I wouldn't get an assault charge for it.

Having a heavy bag has really helped me unload the extra energy, although when we moved here I had no place for it. I'm actually in the process of piecing together a little gym for the new place. lol

I actually have a "injuries" picture folder on my computer.

Some may remember my pics from before. This was from my last injury that involved several surgeries. Snapped ligament, 3 broken metacarpals and some more damage to the other carpal bones. $25k worth of damage. I usually try and remember this when I get ready to swing. lol

Too bad he pulled one of the pins before the xray.

Just remember, walls contain more than just insulation- they contain studs, and the stuff that's on the "other side" as well. Electrical boxes, drywall screws that missed the stud and were covered over, pipes, etc. The funniest wall-punch I ever saw Richard do was when he went clear through the drywall and hit the backside of a metal electrical box, which nearly severed a finger.
