Talked to my old landlord today and decided to settle out of court. After lots of "I'm Sorry" and much pleading I felt it was enough. Getting the $2k he originally owed us, plus interest, plus court fees. Dropping the case for that potential $2k extra the state says I'm due.
I explained to him that just because the state says I'm entitled to it, doesn't mean I should take it. To me that's not a +1 move to make in life. So I called the wife to let her know what the deal was and she seemed upset with the outcome. Wanting that $2k extra now that shes been planning on it. lol
Later in the conversation we agreed that we'll make that money back somewhere else, that this is fair enough. I just happened to go downstairs to go through more of my random inventory and come to find out something I paid $1 for is potentially worth anywhere from $100-$10k! Coincidence?

does anyone know if it is possible to disable the door locks completely or if my new car just has **** broken in the doors. both inside sliders and outside tumblers do not move at all.

The chick said that if we're awarded the case, we definitely get paid and even if we lose we still get paid.
I'm an ******* at times, no doubt about it, but there's no way I could do that to this guy after the phone call we just had the other day.
"Ohh hey, remember how we settled everything and you're sending me a check? Well I lied, now I'm taking you on a TV show!" lol

so the M sprung a leak, i knew it need a radiator so i did that, but it seems to be one of the lines from the throttle body to the cooler, is it common for those just to break? does anyone know what the sticker on the cam cover is?

It happens. These are old cars. Generic (straight) hose doesn't work well in terms of the tight bends, but I have found that Autozone and Kragen / O'Reilley sell inexpensive replacements that are pretty close to OEM (typically a tad over-length, some trimming required), and amazingly, they are usually in stock locally.
