How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways
But there is a difference. My car's weathering is from years of driving, not from years of driving into things
I don't have a single dent in my car, just some paint fade and clear coat marks on the hood. I personally prefer the weathered look, as long as it's tasteful and natural. Not from abusing the car like an idiot.
Edit: I'll be playing around with my MS3-x Brain Edition soon. Pray that I don't have lighter fluid on hand.

Working from home again today, thanks to mother nature.
My job is to find a newer (2007ish) Chevy/GMC dually with a utility body.
We are officially down to 1 road worthy pickup and I think its time we stop throwing money into old trucks and get something worth a damn.

A Better Way Wholesale Autos - CT | Naugatuck Used Car Dealership
I looked around there a couple months ago, looking to buy a cheap 4-wd full-size pickup in the spring. Might not have something now, but they have big turnover.

This new G9x mouse is taking some getting use to. It feels weird in the hand, and the smooth action scroll wheel is different to say the least. Overall I like it. I loved my M518 though. It lasted me a good 5 years or so before I finally slammed it down one too many times and the buttons started going all crazy on me, double clicking everything and making dragging objects impossible.

Buying a new snowthrower with your Christmas cash?
$680 (plus tax).
Getting there to pick up the last one in stock, while the fat jerk at the counter tries to bully the staff into selling it to him instead?
Priceless.

I am going to look at a house this afternoon simply because I want the garage space. I have absolutely no desire to be a home owner now, but the house has 1100square feet or so of space and tons of parking. If I can get it 65-80k I should have a mortgage payment of about $300-350. Is this a terrible idea? Here is the listing.

Real estate valuations really are localized. Not just state-specific, not even city-specific but it's neighborhood-specific.
If it is already reasonably priced for the neighborhood (and you are okay living in the neighborhood) and you can get it for ~11 - 28% under that asking price, it seems like a pretty good deal without knowing anything about your financial big picture.
The first question any potential home-buyer should ask themselves is, "How long do I expect to live here?" If don't want to be a homeowner, you almost surely don't want to be a landlord - especially in a shitty or iffy neighborhood.

Hooray for arguing on the local car forum about how dumb hood risers are!
I'm having fun waiting for them to attempt to defend such bullshit "mods".
I'm not a ME or have a degree in aeronautics, but I've done my research and have what I think to be, a pretty good understanding why it's harmful.
What I understand-
This is what happens with a properly functioning bumper/undertray and where the air goes as a car moves forward.
This is why hood risers **** up the system-
This is what the ricers think it really does-
...and why they believe it..because bullshit like this gets posted-

Holyfuck we are all doing it wrong...all of our engines are air-cooled and the engines are mostly affected by the temperature of the air in the engine bay....because that's all that really matters
