For the last 6 months I've been told my job is in jeapardy for no good reason other than politics. For the last two months I've been given a verbal "you're going to get a 2-week lay-off notice tomorrow" that never came then management changes their mind.

I don't know how much more of this I can handle before I go totally insane. Is this something I should learn to deal with or is it a little too dramatic?

My god damn Lenovo X220 just went **** up, no bios post when I went to start it for absolutely no damn reason. Lenovo EZ-Serv Warranty does not expire till 11/2014 so Lenovo gets to fix it but now I'm without my work laptop for the week

I returned my Lenovo T400S something like 6-8 times while it was still under warranty for various issues. The X220 has been solid since purchased in 11/2011 but now I'm freaking out. I really REALLY miss the honest-to-god IBM built T61 and X60

 

So for the past couple of days I've been getting emails from a saleswoman at a dealer I contacted about 6 months back. I requested info on a certain vehicle they had advertised. Never got the info. Today, after learning that my Jeep is a bigger pile of crap than I had known, I get another email. What? More spam?

Oh, and If I am to spend thousands of dollars at your place of business, I expect to be addressed as Mr. Leete. You can get all chummy later, but your pseudo friendliness just makes me more uncooperative and irritable than usual.

Several months ago I requested very specific information on a particular vehicle you had advertised. 2 day later, the sales manager sent me a form letter espousing the benefits of your dealership. He neglected to provide the information requested. No salesperson ever followed up, and I never received the information I had requested.

Now, months later, you spam me. Am I supposed to consider this good service? Yes, I happen to be in the market for another vehicle. I doubt my purchase will be from you.

reinstalling the shoddy wiring of my LC-1 in my supra. I am running of the stock ECU; should I use the stock o2 sensor signal for narrowband or use the emulation wire? I am redoing everything just because I hate not knowing what other people did.

I will eventually have a standalone but the stock ecu is going to have to cut it for now, but it is a turbo ecu.

 

make it a fixed gear, impress all your hipster friends when you do naked track-stands.

 

If you leave the stock narrowband attached to the ECU, that gives you the ability to cross-reference them against each other. When the car is in closed loop and running stoich, and the LC-1 is displaying around 14.7, you know they're both good. If you start getting a discrepancy you know to re-calibrate the LC-1 or to replace your narrowband.

So I'd vote for both, that's how I'm running mine.

Can I use TS on my laptop for two completely different ECUs?

I mean, is the ini file specific to TS, or the project you open with TS?

 

each project has its own ini.

example: my desktop has 25 projects ranging from ms3's to MS1's

just make sure to open the correct project before connecting to the ecu
