in happier news, after spending about the price of a 10 year old miata on craigslist for Abby's radio iodine (I-131) thyroid treatment, she is doing incredibly well.

I have yet to schedule her follow-up tests but if her regained weight and lack of barf is any indication, things are much improved.

she's also way less yowly meowly in the middle of the night which is sweeter than jesus.
