Detcans working out well for you then? I'm considering making a few design changes based on some observations other people have made about volume control and whatnot. Any input you'd like to add?

Edit: Good ignition advance = the ****.

Volume control is a bit touchy, I also notice some interference/static when I touch the volume ****. Also on the highway ambient noise drowns out the motor quite a bit, although there probably nothing that could be done about that. At speeds say between 0-60 things are very audible, but it definitly takes some concentration and knowledge to decipher what it is you are hearing. Practice makes perfect and I got a long way to go, but these have definitly made me a little more confident. What changes are you planning?

I need to start grounding the body of the volume control pot which will eliminate that interference you are hearing. I'm also thinking about messing with the resistance values of the pot and messing with a linear v. log pot to get some more adjustability. It is kind of on/off right now. When I make the improvements, I'll be providing customers with simple instructions on how to fix them (or I'll just do it for shipping )

Awsome...I'll probably do the shipping, lol. They do work really well though!

What formula did you use to get your log to show psi instead of kpa....I getting frustrated!

Just use whatever your local ambient pressure is. I'm right at sea level, so I use 100kpa

Since I had the day off of work today, I worked on my ignition table a little more and the car seems to be runnin great at 12psi! I think droppin the boost was a great idea! The car pulls just about as hard at 12psi now as it did at 18psi on my old tune....something I could live with since I'm runnin 33% less boost. Eventually I might get some different springs for my wastegate and shoot for 14-15psi, but for now I'm happy. This really is not nearly as hard as I anticipated, it just takes some common sense, time and patience. Thanks for all the help guys

I still wouldn't mind seeing some more tables though....post em up pretty please!

this is the one I'm running on the track after some cruise tuning which I don't understand and need to work on in the future.

Its very conservative for summertime track floggings.

...just came across this post. Good discussions!

Please post up fuel tables as well. On my TEC3, you program in the target AFR on the kpa vs rpm table, and the VE table is separate. Is MS the same??

Fuel tables will do you no good. They are dependent on the car and various scaling factors.
