Volume control is a bit touchy, I also notice some interference/static when I touch the volume ****. Also on the highway ambient noise drowns out the motor quite a bit, although there probably nothing that could be done about that. At speeds say between 0-60 things are very audible, but it definitly takes some concentration and knowledge to decipher what it is you are hearing. Practice makes perfect and I got a long way to go, but these have definitly made me a little more confident. What changes are you planning?

I need to start grounding the body of the volume control pot which will eliminate that interference you are hearing. I'm also thinking about messing with the resistance values of the pot and messing with a linear v. log pot to get some more adjustability. It is kind of on/off right now. When I make the improvements, I'll be providing customers with simple instructions on how to fix them (or I'll just do it for shipping )

Anyways, half way through my ride I though, **** it, I have a pretty good idea on what the motor should sound like on a "safe" tune, why dont I just plug in the values from 's table ... and see how it goes ... It builds boost much faster, idles / cruises seamlessly, coolant temps dropped by 35*, and my butt dyno definitly picked up on some extra power.
