This is the ECU's failsafe telling you something is wrong in your tune. You have a pin double assigned (you're telling the ECU to do different things with the same pin at the same time). You need to fix the configuration error before continuing. The ECU will not run your car with a config error.
The tach output is probably on the wrong pin. You can turn it off for now.

Ben i looked over the whole ecu and i don't see any crossed solider and all the wires from the connector board to the ecu are right and good. so could there be something wrong with my tune or???
You have neither MAP signal nor RPM. You need to hook up your MAP line, and you need to take a composite log while cranking. At least 10 seconds.
ben the map is working in mega veiw it shows it going to 92kpa i dont have the stock intake manifold its custom with a mustang tb once i did that my cranking kpa went up. i tried to do a composit scan but it would not save nor did anything show up. the only log that did save and show anything was the tooth logger.
The .msq that you linked was built on 3.0.3h, and your screen shot shows your project is set up as 3.0.3s. You need to make sure that your firmware version, project, and .msq are all the same.
The next step is to upload a copy of your most recent map (after matching all firmware definitions) with a datalog and composite log of cranking for 10 seconds. I'll take a screen shot of that tooth log now if it's handy.

Mike,
Would you care to post up the solution to your problem? That way if someone else had the same problem, they would know what to do.
