Cookie, so where are you now exactly? The more details you provide the better.

In MegaTune, did you change the settings to look for your correct com port? It sounds like you still have communications problems.

No usb problems sir.

I'm exactly at Mesa, AZ. lol.

Seriously... I just heard back from DIYautotune. All I had to do was upload their 9093pnpW/no AFM base tune for the stock N/A motor setup. No hickups other than it stills pops up a window that says there are 6 warnings. After that the other annoying repeated popup window that says no connection to controller is gone!

It seems to have burned to the MS and the laptop made a bunch of weird beeping noises after the burn was done. Also the two outside LED's on the MS are now on.

So now I need to finish wiring in the MS to the harness and install the IAT sensor and MAP hose to the intake manifold. Then tune it.

So where should I place the IAT sensor if I'm going to use WI and no intercooler?

it can be downstream of the WI if you use a closed element sensor, otherwise you dont want water on it.

Hmmm I'm using the GM sensor from DIYautotune that you used in your how to thread Braineack.

NVM I see it's an open element.

The warnings usually mean you're using a different oxygen sensor than the one we had when we made the base map. No big deal, just be sure your EGO and AFR target settings are correct.
