If you follow this advice, make sure you set up over boost protection. I am not responsible if you blow your motor while the wastegate is wired shut.

EDIT: I just went and looked at an old log from January that I have with minimal wastegate porting and I hit 188kpa in 2nd gear.
I don't seem to have a problem, no weep hole just single port china actuator. My targets are set around 175 and I am currently blowing past that into overboost with my exhaust rattling off the rear brace and new longer, shorter 1.8 axles.
I manage 6-7 psi pretty steady in all gears with the solenoid turned completely off.

Update
I was able to get a WGA from a friend who had a turbo laying around. I am now getting 12psi in 1st 13.5 in 2nd 14 in 3rd 14.5 in 4th and 5th. Ossilation are absent and over shoot is just barely in 4-5th. I'm very happy with the power delivery I just need to keep tuning my ve a little more then I'll do a pull for VD. Which will be later this week or possibly the weekend.

Wanted to drop a couple more pictures here to show some progress. Finished the actual turbo kit installation and was able to reuse the hot side piping without a lot of issues. The cold side piping I could've used the SS pipe from my TDR setup but opted to have a new one fabbed up out of aluminum with the BOV flange and IAT bung. Looks good (if I do say so myself).

Cold side piping with BOV

IAT Sensor Bung just after TDR intercooler outlet

Hot side piping with air cleaner box.

Turbo setup with air cleaner box

3" muffler outlet.
Also, earlier I'd commented about the muffler 'tilt' but after using some extended hangers on the passenger side + loosening the v-band at the downpipe end I was able to get most of it out. This pic shows the muffler with 1/2" tilt end to end which is the best I can get it but I doubt it's noticeable once the car is back on the ground.
That pretty much does it for pictures. I've got to pick up a vacuum tee and some hose and should be pretty much ready to start it.

Thanks.
The only thing left on the turbo side itself is the shield. I'd bought a used FM shield on here a few weeks ago in the hopes it'd work.
Front to back is perfect but the height is short by about 1-1/4" so I dropped it off when I picked up the cold side pipe and the welder is going to extend the tabs so the box sits higher. I'll post pics and likely will draw it up and post the cad file for others.
Other then that, short a boost tee and some hose for the catch can and BOV. Need an intake filter + the filter on the cam cover and should be good to go.

I should hopefully be getting the last 2 NB setups out this week.

Because that is what the customer requested. It was originally Nigelt setup and he wanted a high flow cat on it. He ended up passing on it and is going to another guy in Cali. He said sure throw on the cat.
