What height did you set your splitter to? Mine's at ~2.5"...seems like it hasn't scraped much (yet)...

Black car finished 1st and 3rd at the Wilmington Pro. Here are Randalls last set and my last set of runs

 

holy crap. Those look almost comically sped up compared to my runs. I almost expected to hear yakety sax played over it.

 

I always get a kick out of watching your videos, the siren-like whining at the start gets me every time.

Haaa. Yea. I get about as many comments on the sound of the car on the two step as I do anything else. it does sound pretty bad *** in person

 

It's funny you would say that. One of my competitors asked me if I had sped up my videos.

 

I took some in car vidios with my cell phone and image stabilization turned on. it makes coming off the corners look like you hit the warp drive switch. its like trying to hold image steady when you slow down for the corners then catches up on the straight. keep in mind Spec Miata lap record was like 1:41.8 and I turned a 1:27.5 so it is sort of like that anyway without added distortion.

 

I don't think you did that, I just know that I drove that same course really slowly because I sucked/suck.
