The only part that I am concerned with on the bumper is how to mate it up on the side withor without a flare. It would almost have to be a 3 piece kit and not just a bumper. I could make it come straight down on the side and not make it taper inward on the bottom, but still follow the arch line from the side. I hope that made sense.

if you want to make a copy of my r-pack lip with fiberglass brake ducts I can drop it off in January.
I really want to do fiberglass brake ducts on the RB bumper. I'm going to have 2 hoses on the driver's side, one for the brakes and one for the turbo to help move heat away, then one hose for the brakes and the oil cooler ducting on the other side.

I was thinking more like a stock car nose. something where the lower section extends forward slightly from where our nose is now. The heat exchanger opening could be a fairly small. Obviously not a pontiac nose but the overall shape something like this. The damn stock car guys get noses like these in polypropylene for $125.

Door bars, 3 point master cyl brace, plus this below
That is awesome, with some of this below
Everything Rev said, if you could do hardtop shells for 400 shipped people could make lexan rear windows and do hard mounts

No chance of being able to make hardtop shells for $400 shipped right now. That is one large piece and would cost $150 in shipping alone atleast.
As of now, the bumper and door bars are going to keep me busy with development. I love all the ideas, so keep them coming. Things will be made if there is enough demand and how interested I am in the part personally (if I am being completley honest).
I just want to help the most track people first and then start the smaller projects. There just aren't enough dedicated track parts for this car at a reasonable price in my opinion.
