Current list of new things:
TSE built shortblock
VVT head, rebuilt by a local shop, with supertech dual heavies.
VICS intake manifold
Skunk2 throttlebody
Fab9 550hp intercooler
TSE 25-row oil cooler
Beatrush undertray (Wonderful for turbos)
FM silicone intake piping
Forge bov
LS3 coils (Setup built by Curly)
Likely lots of other stuff, but the critical stuff is here.
At about 22psi, it pulled close-to 350rwhp (If VICs is allowed, and note on that later, it's 360rwhp).
Interestingly, VICS was worth 12 lb/ft at these power levels. It's not currently enabled due to it going over 6speed power limits however, it was definitely worth a chunk of power after 5500ish rpm. This is notable simply because Pinky's CNC'd manifold (Psuedo-gutted?) resulted in large power losses.
With that said, there's stuff that needs to be done still, and both the turbo and mani badly need machined to be made flat, so there's more still in the tank likely - likely quite a bit more. However, as per Curly, "Take a look at the two graphs, pay close attention to where the boost goes from 18 to basically 22psi, which is 5600-6600ish.
Notice that HP also climbs in that region, but it also starts to level off even while boost continues to climb. And despite holding just over 20psi to redline, we lose 45hp.
That's most likely an indication you're hitting some restriction, requiring possibly head porting, 3.5-4" exhaust, less muffler, etc, etc. "
This should not be out of the efficiency range, as per Precision (according to Precision, the 4828 is safe to take to 35psi in our engines when it's still well within it's efficiency range), but it almost sounds like it. Does anyone have ideas here?

You can hit 400whp on a stock intake manifold all day long as long as you give somewhat allofit. How much allofit? About 26-27 pounds of it on a genuine 3071/3076.
Congrats on the results. I guess this means I will be spending a bunch of time in this build thread prepping for my build. I will have a hard time justifying going with a custom manifold and EFR if this was done with your turbo and a begi cast manifold.

The 4828's are ridiculously sensitive to post-turbine exhaust as I warned you about. Although I'm now wanting a better turbo manifold like Soviet's for spool/power, plus a better intake manifold.

We tried 100% closed EBC all the way to 3250, but boost hit too hard and Jared wanted the torque under 280.
So it's 100% to 2500, then there's a column of 80% at 3250.

Iron log exhaust manifold would be where I would look for a restriction. There is much more volume coming out of the head than going into it and a log doesn't do it any favors for providing direction to the flow.
That's what I wanted to comment on - looks like you're making great power and torque and very decent spool, why not enjoy it for a bit and figure out if you actually even need more....

After that, I'd probably look into a tubular mani and proper IM before even touching the engine. Or just crank up the boost and likely pick up a buttload of torque that will make the car feel like a time machine.
