Good. God. I could feel the tension and anxiety in that thread, and how Tom ignores your questions and SocalFag comes in and rides his dick until he **** powercards.

now THIS is a great post.

but it has less to do with ignoring and having more to do with not knowing.

I always thought the big gulp build was nice, made 275rwhp at 17psi and 350rwhp at 26psi.

HAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!

Everything.
Pretty much agreed.

Bear in mind that setup was put together for response, not necessarily massive amounts of power.

The videos of the car are pretty ridiculous. It sounds completely bizarre.

lol trust me gays, I'm still drinking the turbo koolaidz. I've got $1500 into this supercharger with all the electronics. I don't see not being able to get that much for it when I sell it down the road.

It works great, is reliable (as long as I always have an extra belt on hand), and makes enough power to not really stress any stock parts. I can keep the stock exhaust, injectors, ecu, pass emissions, etc... It's perfect for right now.

I'm out of the Army and I'm going to be a 'broke' college student for the next 3 years so I don't want to be dumping 4-5k for a good turbo setup w/ supporting mods.

Maybe you should have kept and finished one of the 12 other miatas you have boosted and sold then.

Trust me if I could, I'd go back in time and keep my first red miata. Horrible mistake. It makes me sad just thinking of it.

I fully intend to build a 1.8 with a cold side blower and a Big turbo, and the go and smash every gearbox diff and Conrod I can find.

See the difference is that the blower is just on there to support the star of the show, a monster turbo.

The supercharger is basically a fluffer.

I still want to see Falcon stick a GT2554R in front of a C30-94, but I'd rather it was done on a 1.8 not a fail.6

That made me spit out my tea...

I'm halfway there on your dream setup, though 99% of this site will probably comment that it's the wrong half I started with....

100degC IAT's ftw

You think you have heard stupid ? Well I am the stupid master. my stupid question is----- I have a 2012 SV MX5 PRHT. I know nothing about turbo. Can I put a turbo at the end of a road star header( no cat), pipe the pressure to another turbo next to a intercooler, --- pressure than to intake ? Or please someone tell me what to do. Not interested in FI , or TDR crap. Ok stop laughing .
