What are you tuning it for? 12psi on a 'heartbreaker' dyno I'm gonna say 212.

Manual boost controller comes in tomorrow...will be somewhere between 10 and 12. I know that 10 psi is safe on stock internals. What about 12?

I don't think the T25 will flow enough to ever be 'unsafe'. If your intake temps were low enough I would bet the rods could handle 15 or 16 psi. You'd get 250wtq and it would drop like a rock after 5000rpm since the tiny turbo would be tapped out.

If you're getting it tuned on a dyno, just keep turning it up until you hit ~225wtq (maybe 215 if you want to be extra safe and you really think the dyno is a heartbreaker).
