So it'll just chill like that if you cut something?

My hood weighs 20lbs in filler, all in the front corner. I wonder if it can do that.

These 949 brake lines are total ******* ****. I finally got the replacement, and now it's ******* cracked the taper too.

I'm not running this garbage, I'm sending it back. I don't want brake lines so fragile they split if you look at them funny. I had gone finger tight, then 1/2-1/4 turn more, it cracked and started pissing brake fluid.

I will never have good brakes. ******* bullshit.

Nice, did I ever get you the dimensions?

Saturday, that's a haul. If my car don't stop falling apart I might have to trade it for more

I ordered new brake lines from summit instead of the wilwood stuff. $34.35 shipped, use whatever 14" 3AN brake lines you want, or the $10 ones.

Jegs numbers

555-100784 x 1
361-961603 x 2
555-635003 x 2

Maybe add check spark plugs, and do a bolt check.

Good idea. Thanks. I'll order a couple spares while I'm at it.

You must have 2 duds or something. I man-fisted mine in super tight, and got nothing. And Ed's went in fine too.

Check out this ball of magnetic brake dust I found on the rear caliper.

Oh and my fluid change about to be eaten.

Hailey did her first clutch slave swap. It got messy. Monks friend will be happy

Knocked brakes off the list. And washing the wheels.
Exhaust heat shield was a fail. Sheet metal roller wasn't working too hot at work.

2.5 months, 5 track days. Motorcraft.

It smells burnt

Ebay fucked up again and didn't send me my 3/8 npt bung. So I've got one shot welding it tomorrow. I've been practicing. I'm kinda figuring it out, even if it looks ugly.

Also just talked to the landlord. Sounds like I have permission to put my 80 gallon air compressor on the side of the house (where there is already a 220v outlet). And run an air pipe inside. So I'll have shop air with the noisy compressor outside.

Hose reel will be mounted on the middle post and should reach any corner with ease.

I've never been a fan of the Motorcraft for cars that see track time. Street use is probably fine but I never felt like it was going to hold up to track abuse. Does it look like its full of metal? Does it have a magnetic drain plug? Hopefully the Amsoil works well for you.

I hope the amsoil works too.

See? That's not bad at all. Not that I know anything about welding, but it certainly looks pretty.

IAT right? Where is it going to be located?

Transmission, not engine. Unless I'm grossly mistaken?

Just my opinion, but if the transmission oil is literally toasted as mentioned, then yes it should have been changed. But that tells me the transmission is getting way too hot, so to me the real solution is to fix the overheating problem and then the oil will last much longer.

Welding looks weldy.
