I think you should make a couple extra of those lips and sell them. They look great and they are a lot nicer than even the realy one. I would be in to buy one.lol

I will make a couple of extra ones soon to sell. Postage would be a bit much maybe. Looking for about $250 for the c.f front lip.

I would say that is a fair price and for what looks like a quality product.

Still have not done any work on the car. But i have bought a 2001 miata to use for track duties as i am not getting any spare time with a new baby and designing and planning building a new house. So i thought i may as well get something that will require little upkeep and keep me at the track. The silver miata has coilovers, velo race seat bolted to the floor, harness, rbf 600 brake fluid and hawk blue pads. I will be installing an adj whiteline front swaybar, c.f trunk, hood and hardtop, and maybe do a cold air intake and free up the exhaust a bit. The hardtop and trunk will go on the c.f car later.

Local trackday at sandown raceway.

Using up all of the track coming onto the straight.

Seriously, you NEED $1200 worth of 1/4" fiberglass protecting your head.

I was referring to the no-rollbar bit more than cloth vs. hardtop.

I have a rollbar here, but it is too short. So i will eventually get a custom one made, not in any hurry as it's not that fast.

Here is a link to a youtube video from the weekend. It was my first time out with this car and i was seeing how late you can brake with the abs. It doesn't have much steering when braking too hard, just like non abs.

Going over the top of the hill on turn 6 isthe most fun and dangerous. But it gets a bit of a slide going around there, needs a good front swaybar and some r spec tyres.

I just spoke to the engine builder (have not spoken since march). We are going to get things back on track. He is giving me a turbo on sat so i can do all the i.c piping and get the motor and acc ready for the dyno tune on the engine dyno. And i have agps data logger, just waiting on the guy to overlay it on the video.

When you get time to make some extras of these please let me know how much it would cost for one shipped to 21701 Frederick Md, I want one of these. They look amazing.

You should be able to get a quote yourself for shipping. Just measure the spoiler, and i am in melbourne australia. 3204 postcode. It would be interesting to see what it does cost.
I decided to swap diffs with the c.f car. As the c.f car has a 4.1 torsen, and the silver nb8b has a 3.6 open diff. So i will swap them over so the nb8b has better acceleration. And the c.f car will have good top speed at the track with 3.6 gears, just need to get a 2 way or good lsd. It will have the power to get there without the need to run short gearing. Did a quick mod on the nb8b today to get it to go a bit better - removed rear exhaust and replaced it with a hotdog straight thru on the left side. Pic soon.
