It feels sooo much better with boost control.

Is it likely that my new 20psi radiator cap (and heat from turbo, I need a shield) is causing the weak links in my rubber hoses to pop? I have had 2 hoses start pissing water since i put in the radiator.

You must shield the hoses.

If you have not changed out your hoses I would recommend changing them all to new ones. You can pick up complete OEM sets from Priority Mazda for about $100-$110 or so depending on the year car.

As for the overheating issue. The IC blocking all the airflow that comes in the mouth is probably the biggest issue.

Everything around the turbo charger, specifically the usual heater core hoses.

Weirdly a piece of the nipple of the turbo water feed popped a pin hole leak in it. The metal nipple piece.

So an unexpected outcome of turbocharging and properly tuning your miata is everything else starts to become numb and not exciting...even if it is quiet good lol

Aluminium works well.

I also sometimes take my old hoses and split them lengthwise then place them over the new ones with a zip tie to retain them. The old outer hoses take the destructive heat and protects the working hose. This also works well for abrasive areas to protect from rubbing damage.

15x10 6ul are going to be insane. Also installed a set of Xidas I got off of here, which are also insanely good. I forgot I was running 800/500 springs, even on some truly horrible roads.
