Awesome numbers for such low boost, should have bumped it to 15 psi and made 500 whp lol

I am extremely happy, make that giddy in a faggy kind way!!! The car makes you gigglel like a little girl. Ask leatherface, he knows what I am talking about!:

I had the dyno runs emailed to me but they have a .drf file extension and I can't open them. Does anyone have any ideas?

By the way the car is just nasty. I will post up some video footage after I get it loaded on to my laptop.
What kind of dyno?

Yeah, but Im a huge wimp;j I couldn't pull the trigger. The car is nasty right now, once I figure out how to be smooth in it I may up the boost. But at the current level, I have a set up that should run for a long time, and be rock solid dependable.

The motor looks great! Awesome numbers! I wish that the miata motors could make those kinds of numbers at only 12psi...

Heh, I came to grips with that also... and all I ever did was boost a stock miata motor.

Woot for awesome numbers. I don't expect even that much with my new project... figure that has just got to feel absurd on the street.

Thank you LOL, Working on video, I have to fire up my old computer with movie maker on it and find my fire wire before I can upload any footage

Yep, I could have turned the boost up and been around 600/400 but then I would just be breaking parts. My numbers are with a very engine friendly 11.5.1 afr at wot. The torque number is fine with me. I doubt you would be bustin my chops on the torque if you felt the way the bitch pulls from 5-9k

Dyno Jet with some model number following it. My tuner, Nick, told me that it is a true accelerometer...what ever that mean, All I know is the car drives like stock until you wiggle your toes

Thanks brother, the build cost a little more than I anticipated but the results are much greater than I had hoped for. All I know is Holy **** Do I Need Some Brakes

pretty much no traction 1st - 3rd unless you squeeze the throttle gently. But right at the top they just spin.

Here is the last dyno plot. All in all, 25 pulls and lots of partial throttle driving, to simulate real world driving conditions. click the top bar at the top of the picture to resize, it makes it easier to read.

does anyone know how to hide sum data in a pivot table, but keep "total sum"? I can hide the column when I'd rather hide the data (so its not hidden in other reports).

Halp!!!

nice graph. looks really easy to drive, its just a 45 degree angle to 9000. holy smokes. i'll bet you can even get yer torque curve a little flatter (what splittime said).

take it up pikes peak next summer? (u got plenty of turbo shaft speed to burn). oh, how is driveline holding up? is your diff mount working as planned? (i've got quite a bit of play in my driveline i wouldn't mind fixing....)

Here is the graph showing the spike caused by vtec kicking on. This spike was smoothed out to what you see in the final graph, by moving the vtec crossover point down. I think we ended up at 5300 for vtec activation. I will have to look at my tune to be able to say for sure

Drive line is happy right now, but I haven't been hitting it real hard. The car is traction challenged as you can imagine, with only 205/50/15's trying to hold the power right now.

I won't go with an in between tire, I would rather wait until I have my flares in place then make tire size choice by what fits under the flares.

The PPF modification is working well, though the hiem joints may be loosening up just a bit.

I just moved my fuel pump to under the car in order to gravity feed the pump; it didn't sound very happy when it was having to pull fuel to it. It is much much more quite now, I can't even hear the pump when driving!!
