And more.

Front going together.

Singular ducts going on. I'm not actually sure i can run these, which feels strange to me. I don't think i can bend them to keep them both off the rotor and the tie rod.

Brief panic attack before i realized i had these brackets mocked up completely backwards. Interesting choice to put your logo facing toward the engine bay, though.

They measured at +24mm. So within margin of error of our un-scientific measuring.

I have no reasonable explanation as to why they're so ridiculous, it bothers me and i've been trying to find out why for a month or two. I had to MANGLE the car to get this setup to "fit."

I don't even have the necessary spacers in there to clear front suspension in that picture, and it doesn't look a whole lot more "sane" on the ground and in person. It looks AWFUL. Plain doesn't fit.

Knowing what i know now, i wish i had ordered the +10 and some flares.

Looking at those wheels sticking out is kind-of making me sick to my stomach. I empathize with you and hope you come up with a good solution.

I sympathize with your efforts to get ready for the gap. I tried to help Ryan_G to prepare his car for the trip on Saturday. We got his A/C working but his EFR is still puking oil out of the compressor inlet all over the engine bay even though he put a giant drain line on the CHRA.

My car got an upgraded alternator that promptly crapped the voltage regulator and put 18v throughout the car. Yay. Swapped the old one back in and ran bigger wires to the fuse block and battery with good results. Trying to get it right.

Well, i'm reasonably sure the work i did earlier with a fender roller has already taken care of it from a clearance perspective. It was just a hugenormous roll/pull and looks bad.

Cars are great, huh? Still wrestling with these POS M-Tuned brackets. Got helicoils in the one, put it all together..... and my rotors aren't clearing the caliper brackets. Have to take it all apart and add another hour or two into the 6-8 i've already invested in these stupid things. Really really REALLY should have just ordered the Powerlite setup.

Mine were.... 5-6 weeks later than scheduled and don't fit. I run -3.0 camber front, -2.5 rear. Obscene mangling of body required.

Pictures of said mangling? Because we're obviously only watching this to see you destroy things that were once nice and precious.

Not true, this already has me considering buying some salvaged miata to destroy in a similar fashion.

You deserve this for wanting to put poverty rear brakes on the car with everything else you're doing.

I wasn't aware there were any good flare options for the NB.

I'm back searching your thread now, but what did you do to funnel brake ducts from fog bezels

Probably bulkhead duct flanges from Aircraft Spruce attached to silicone reducers? Its something we've been knocking around the forum for a while. Seems to be fairly effective solution for the NB, not sure how the NA would work.

Going to work with @Padlock to take another shot at figuring out these wheels. Everyone who saw it is 100% convinced that they're not the 15x10 +25s they should be. There's definitely more poke, AND my VR1s seems to be more stretched than everyone else. Also: We didn't measure offset properly. These are definitely lower than +25, IF they're a 10" wheel.

When the KMiata guys look at your car (They run a 15x10 +25 w/ RC1) and say "Yeahhhh.... that's not right at all" that means it's not right.

Destroying Miatas is best.

Hey now, this is the Trackspeed-accepted setup.

Also: MFW i saw that Shandelle is selling the same bracket now. Would have been nice to know awhile back.

"Good" is relative. The car isn't nice, so who cares.

EO2K has your covered. I didn't use silicone reducers though. Just fastened them to hacked up original fog light brackets, and ordered the size that was appropriate for my ducting. BAM!

Yep dems. Was way better than paying 5x the price at Pegasus for the same thing.

let me know what reference point you want to go off of for measurements and we can compare... my 15x10+25 longerdongers fit like butter for the most part

Let's catch up.

Helicoiling M-Tuned brackets because i don't have anything better to do with my time and apparently M-Tuned's QC was bad.

20170730_170626 by concealer404, on Flickr

Too long, you start over now.

20170730_171102 by concealer404, on Flickr

I made earrings.

Success.

20170730_182227 by concealer404, on Flickr

Slapped in some DTC60s. They lasted almost 200 miles. More on that later.

20170730_200637 by concealer404, on Flickr

Vteckiller2000 and I made a front splitter using questionable materials i had purchased because i thought i was going to have my other uprights in hand. I didn't. Moved forward anyways. Shouldn't have. More on this later.

20170801_005840 by concealer404, on Flickr

Looked cool, though.

Splitter apparently works. Tore out the threads from the rear support rods.

20170802_084131 by concealer404, on Flickr

Don't attach your support rods here. Felt stable at first. Wasn't.

I like.

20170802_145000 by concealer404, on Flickr

Removed splitter. Got a good pic of my "just needs a flat roll" setup.
