heh. Yep, that's just what my 3rd gear popping out of the 5 speed was like. Not when dragging, just hitting a bump on a shift. I think it has to do with the clutch grabbing HARD just as things are starting to get in place.
Sorry for forgetting, what EMS are you running? My tune used to be all better-than-stock, but lately it's running kinda poorly. Then again, it's a 100% stock motor built out of used parts seeing 16 psi and 7,800 RPM for a year and running on cracked manifolds. Maybe it's just getting tired.

I was always somewhere in 3rd gear for the chicane. People kept hitting the tires and there was water just after it for most of the day. Just never felt comfortable trying to push it through there because I always felt like I was jerking the car around coming out of it regardless of the speed. I think if it was just cones I would have been more likely to go for it.
