When I put the freeze plug in the front of the engine, I just extended that small line from the oem oil cooler that would normally go there and routed it to prior to the water pump hoping this would help keep temps up a bit.
I bought a 1" plastic dowel, drilled a 1/4" hole through it, shoved it in the hose and now it warms and holds temp perfectly with about 5* fluctuations from 185-190*f. Do it.

The new title of the thread- it should be: "The Weeping of the Boost Gods".

Hit the local kart track a couple weeks ago to have some fun (enjoyed myself but it's no substitute for a real track, not even close). Andy (Andifer on the forums) stopped by and snapped a few photos during one of the last sessions.

Trying a couple different things with the suspension and part of it was ordering new bump stops. In addition to the bump stops, I got a bag full of goodness in the mail the other day. I could use a little help figuring out where the black bushings and the washers are supposed to go? Perhaps it will be obvious once I pull the coilovers from the car, but I'd rather figure it our ahead of time.

I think they squish on top and bottom of the top hat. Are there eight or four of the black disks? Washer goes on top, it should be what the shock shaft's nut clamps down on.

There's four of them and they aren't going to squish at all, they are pretty solid.

Ok, well sandwiched, not necessarily squished. Stock ones are rubber, stock ones squish.

Installed this over the weekend. I'll create a proper mount once I'm certain that I won't need to remove it.

Nice. European cars have the keyless remote entry module there.

Didn't you delete AC? I still see a 5lb anchor sitting beside that blower motor.

You can see it or see the box it once lived in? If I missed something, please let me know so I can remove it.

Not really, this was something that has been part of the plan to get the car ready to sell. I'm hoping to sell/trade it and move on, I've always wanted a Porsche 944 S2 or 968.

The car looks REALLY good. I vote for blacked out headlight housings.

Thanks. I've thought about doing the blacked out headlights, but I just can't convince myself to do it until after I paint the front lip.

On a side note, I do have the car listed for sale. It's priced high, but I'm hoping there's someone out there looking for this particular car.
