Are you still running the ACT extreme organic disc? How is that holding up? How much power/boost have you run without it slipping?
I have the same disc and I'm upgrading my engine and was assuming that I'd need to go to a different disc. If I could though, I'd like to stay with the extreme organic disc since I drive my car every day in stop and go traffic.

It only has just over 1000 miles on it and has held 330+ rwtq with the FM Level 2 pressure plate just fine. I cranked the boost up to around 20 or so and I started getting spark blowout so I won't be doing that again until I change replace the ignition setup.
Over that 1000 miles it has seen over 50 passes down the quarter mile with over half of them launching at over 4000 rpms (but on street tires), numerous practice launches on the street and plenty of demonstrations of the line lock plus just regular driving. It has never even thought about slipping.
I eventually will be finding out just how much this clutch can take, I just haven't gotten there yet. It's intentionally supposed to be the weak point in my setup.

Thanks for the info. I've launched mine hundreds of times on street tires and it's doing just fine. This is with about 250whp.
I was wondering--- how do you like your MT tires? Eliminator has said that they're the best for street grip under big power. Have you ever taken them out in the rain? If so, were they ok or terrifying in the rain? I would like to have as much traction as possible but I need a tire that works in the rain since my car is a daily driver.

These tires have completely solved any traction problems my car had at 350+ rwhp. On the street, when they are warm, I roll into the throttle and the tires will hold in every gear. They haven't been to the track yet, so I don't know how they will hold using launch control, but I hope they hook hard enough to break something.
As for the rain, I haven't taken them out in it yet and have no intention to. I drive a POS as a daily so this car only comes out when I feel like giving it a good and proper beating. They do have tread on them so if you are able to take it easy they should be fine. I wouldn't recommend them for a daily driver unless you have a huge tire budget because they won't last very long. I have been told I will see a few thousand miles at the most. They are definitely a tire designed with straight line traction as the focus though.

They are tight. I didn't have to take out the fender liners or do a roll yet, but I haven't done any launches at the strip yet either. If your car isn't slammed, then you should be fine. They did improve the ride quite a bit though, dare I say it's as smooth as a Cadillac while cruising on the highway.

What a night. Went out to the strip tonight to see if I could get that 11 second pass. These new tires are awesome and made me feel like I was learning to drag race all over again. First pass out was just a light launch just to get a feel for how sticky they were, it bogged. Second pass, launch control held it at 3500, dumped the clutch and it died. Third pass, launch control held it at 4500, dumped the clutch and it jumped forward and bogged. Fourth pass, same thing. Fifth pass, launch control held it at 5000, dumped the clutch and I broke the drivers side axle. Haven't gotten the car up in the air to inspect the damage, but I'm pretty sure that's the only thing wrong with it. Here's the times from my runs and the damage photos will be coming tomorrow night.
1st 13.7 @ 111
2nd 19.9 @ 115
3rd 12.2 @ 117
4th 12.4 @ 118
5th DNF
Definitely not my best night at the track, but it was fun regardless.

I'm really not wanting to go down that road quite yet, but I haven't ruled it out either though.
Here's a few pictures of the damage. I did manage to limp it home from the track under it's own power though, try doing that with a torsen...

There's a couple of things that I'm looking at doing as a permanent fix, but that would happen this winter. This Seattle weather has been too nice to be doing anything but driving the car.

Over the past week I've had the chance to get some things sorted out and also find some new problems. For starters, the meth setup went on the car without any problems and we got everything tuned enough to run Pinks this weekend.
A couple of things might be a problem in the future. For starters, I can't really compare any of my new dyno charts to my old ones. With all the changes in the gearing, tire heights and tire types I just don't know how much it will matter when comparing this run to my previous runs. And finally, very sticky Mickey Thompson tires aren't a good choice for making a bunch of consecutive dyno pulls. The car is also at the limit of the injectors, much in need of an intake manifold and I'm also having spark blowout up top. The spark blowout problems should be fixed by the end of next week hopefully and the work on the intake manifold has already started.
Here's the new numbers from the dyno and I should have some new numbers from the drag strip by the end of the weekend.
