He He... how the hell did I not keep up with this build? I saw even where I asked if you knew of MT.net over a year ago.
Great work my man... look for an addy on youtuber. Cheers!

Just that the cable or bottle don't look like they have some special mechanism, but I figured it worked that way somehow.

I know this tread has not seen action in awhile, but I kept seeing your sig pic thinking it was a Photoshop job so I finally clicked on the build link. Nice car.

Thanks man - yeah, nothing new to add right now until I finish up on the 1.8 build and slap it int - but it's just not the motor being swapped - it'll be whole whole thing exhaust, turbo, ECU, body Aero (maybe front clip, or Mdzspeed eprod kit) - another money bomb drop. Including getting a manifold from you -

Car looks good. Almost all of the photos are dead though.

Uh oh, I moved some pics in photobucket, thanks for the heads up.

Restored most - some are gone (like the blue NA I sold off)

Luckily I have a life-time paint guy who doesn't care, it gives him an opportunity to add more stuff to the car!

My summed up story without having to blast through the thread...

Thanks man - the padding is the G-FORCE Racing SFI stuff - used a 1.5" hole saw to cut notches around some of the bars

Alright, so when I'm not racing or turning wrenches... I'm buffing the paint. That's right, there's a local BIG car show coming up that the miata is accepted in to show... so I put together a little video using what I could - windows movie maker live. Let me know what you think - if it's negative, then

It's in the thread several posts below ...

It was a bit heavy on the effects near the middle IMHO. But otherwise I liked it!

you must be talking about the spin and outlining... maybe I should put in the real 'cool' vids of passing more vettes? I was hoping to catch the essensce of the soundtrack - it's derrezed from Tron by daft punk.

Cool video. Is that a GoPro you use for in-car video? What is the track title?

Dam boy! Had some time on your hands did ya? I agree on the Miata Challenge thing. We'd have to have a big group to rent out one of the big tracks... 'lil talledaga is cheap, but not my favorite by far...

It is a GoProHD and the track title is Derezzed by Daft Punk from the tron soundtrack. You can snag it from youtube (by finding the song, then adding 'listento' before 'youtube' in the http bar.

I've redone it a little, taking out some of the effects... I'll try to upload it tonight...

Here's take 2: Have a 7sec delay for looping between vids -
