You do deliver.....how about you deliver a table of contents to this epic build thread?

I am serious! I often come back and refer to this thread to see how you did things and sifting through 82 f*cking pages sucks like a starving ------......Is there a way to create a table of contents at the beginning to list the major components of the build by page? I am sure I am not the only one who would use it.

Now I must get back to reading so I can see how you did your ignition since my build is almost a carbon copy of yours.....
