How does that screening process work if they enter through an, uh, "alternate border"?

January 6th wasn't that big of a deal, truth be told. The election was over, a winner called. Ray Epps and a few hundred FBI agents did a great job at fomenting violence.

What would happen if you had infiltrated America with sleeper cells from the Southern border. It's pretty damn easy, and we know that hundreds from the terror watch list are here. There are potentially thousands of terrorists now in the U.S.. Thanks Biden.

Now what would happen if the terrorists struck polling places on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November, 2024? People would be scared away from the polls. Republicans historically show up on election day to vote, so the numbers are skewed until they show up.....and if they don't show up, the numbers are really skewed/screwed.

Bottom line, such an action could either unite Americans, OR we could devolve into a squabble over who won. And when I say "squabble", I mean something more than that.

I'm an old, evil, retired crewdog and I like to pick the scab of the younger active duty guys and govies that took the vaccine. I especially enjoyed forwarding the pics of the blood clots found by embalmers. To a man, none will admit there's anything awry, although one guy's wife was afflicted with Bell's palsy after her shot. Luckily, it eventually passed. One young major even pointed out today that the creators of the vaccine were given the Nobel Prize.

I'm pretty sure we're basically fucked as a country/society/civilization.

The U.S. Money Trail With Iran Is Worse Than You Think "In a recent article, senior adviser at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and former National Security Council official Richard Goldberg traces the money trail. He confirms: It is so much worse than we think.

Goldberg lays out the numbers. The $6 billion you’ve seen in every (other) headline is only the money being transferred from our friends in Qatar. But this is separate from the $10 billion of assets being transferred from Iraq, which Goldberg says will continue on “a rolling basis.” Then there are the reports that Iran will be allowed to access $7 billion in fiat currency by trading drawing rights with the International Monetary Fund. He also says Japan is scheduled to transfer $3 billion to Iran.

“Money is fungible,” and even the funds that have not yet been unfrozen are likely being treated as good credit in Iran’s ledger.

The revelations do not end there. U.S. officials have also quietly acknowledged that they’ve uncapped Iranian oil exports to China. These export levels, previously held around 775,000 barrels per day under Trump’s sanctions, are now estimated to be between 1.4 and 2.2 million barrels per day. Modest estimates value this relief at $25 billion annually.

The total? $50 billion.

It’s giving a thug a loaded machine gun and expecting him not to shoot the bullets."

I wonder how many people are genuinely familiar with the history of the country of Israel.

Like, how it didn't exist until shortly after WWII, when the UN (in violation of its own charter) forcibly displaced the Palestinians from their territory and annexed the land to create a new Jewish country where none existed before, ostensibly as a sort of war-reparation in the aftermath of the holocaust.

Recent history? Historical history? How far back do you want to go, and do you want to implicate Britain in any of this **** show? If you go "recent" history, you could write:
1937: Arabs reject the Peel Commission to create a Jewish and Arab state.
1947: Arabs reject the UN partition plan to create a Jewish and Arab state. Wage war against the new nation of Israel. LOSE more land than the partition gave them.
1967: Israel wins yet another war against its Arab neighbors, conquering Gaza, the West Bank and Sinai in a DEFENSIVE WAR. The Arab League declares the "three no's": No peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotioations with Israel. Israel VOLUNTARILY hands control of the Temple Mount, the holiest sie in Judaism back to the Islamic Waqf, and made it illegal for Jews to pray there.
1979: Israel voluntarily hands the Sinai back to Egypt, returning land conquered in a DEFENSIVE WAR.
1993: Israel recognizes the sovereignty of the PA over the West Bank and Gaza Strip in the Oslo Accords. Yasser Arafat uses it to support terrorism.
2000: Israel offers Arafat recognition of a Palestinian state in all of Gaza and 94% of the West Bank with East Jerusalem as its Capital. Arafat REJECTS it and launches the Second Intifada.
2005: Israel pulls out of the Gaza Strip, dismantles all its settlements, and forces Jews to leave their homes. Palestinians respond by electing Hamas, who turn it into a terror state.
2008: Israel offers Mahmoud Abbas once again recognition of a Palestinian state in all of Gaza and 94% of the West Bank with East Jerusalem as its Capital and even offered to dismantle all their settlements. Once again, the Palestinians reject it.
2010-2021: Hamas launches periodic rocket attacks against the state of Israel and builds terror tunnels in order to kidnap and murder Jews while using the people of Gaza as human shields against the IDF.
2023: Hamas commits the worst act of mass murder against Jews since the Holocaust.

Copied from a twitter post, but mainly because I remember much of this history as it happened. Again, the Brits and the Balfour agreement are a big problem, but not nearly as big as terrorists conditioned to the point that they happily decapitate babies and rape women before lighting them on fire. The side that has terrorists capable of doing these atrocities, egged on by citizens who are willing meat shields...there is no moral equivalence.

Britain was the country which started the whole Israeli mess in the first place.

It began with the Sykes–Picot Agreement in 1916, then the passage of the Balfour Declaration in 1917 proposing the creation of a new Jewish state within the borders of Palestine. That led to the League of Nations Mandate, then the San Remo conference in 1920, a few minor wars, and finally the forcible relocation of the Arab population from the region of Palestine which would come to be called Isreal in 1948, after Britian's withdrawl from the region as a colonial power.

Say what you will about the civilian-beheading, baby-murdering dirty Arabs... The fact is that they didn't light this fire. Britain put them into the same shitty position as the early US did with the Natives. The biggest difference between those two scenerios is that enough time has now passed since the Native Americans were herded into near-extinction that tempers have cooled, and their ancestors have grown fat and content living under US control.

Funny you should say that. I was just thinking about what the Cherokees did to settlers--and other rival tribes--when they captured them. It makes the Hamas atrocities look like amateur hour. All that aside, Israel has gone to the bargaining table in good faith. Hamas and the rest have not. Only one side has the eradication of the other side in their charter. As that's reality, the only way to win is to actually win. Declare war, take over the territory, claim it as your own, and tell everyone else to FO. A two-state solution is not possible, as defined by the Hamas charters.

From spending a year living between Egypt and Israel: The Jewish want to share an open peaceful state with everyone. The Sunni Muslims want the Jewish eradicated from the face of the planet.

How do you coexist with someone who wants you dead? It's not been for a lack of trying.

It is interesting how, a week ago we were un-ironically posting links to literal neo-**** propaganda, and today we're praising the Jews for being peaceful and just wanting to co-exist with their neighbors whose land they annexed and kicked them out of.

You funny. The Norman Rockwell AI shows what a woke world looks like when AI reimagines art, Norman Rockwell style.

As for this week's terror in Israel, again, only one side has the complete annihilation of the other in their charter.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say that you have probably never used any of the current-gen AI image generating tools.

They don't "reimagine" things. The term "AI" isn't even correct here. They respond to very specific prompts, such as "A Rabbi wearing a black robe and a black hat, standing behind a counter at a drugstore, handing bottles of poison to smiling children. In the style of Norman Rockwell."

Between the content, and the username of the person hosting the image gallery, I find it very difficult to believe that you didn't know this.

As an example, I just created one. The prompt is "A group of people holding kittens, in the style of Norman Rockwell."

I didn't prompt the AI to include racist or anti-Jewish imagery, so it did not.

Same prompt, only Van Gogh this time:

Still no antisemitism...
