Joe,
Have you read the Hamas Charter? It's an easy find on the web, but here's a short summary.
In the Charter, Hamas calls for the destruction of the State of Israel and the annihilation of the jews. All the jews. They wrote it thefuckdown.
Hamas runs Palestine. The Palestinian people have never tried to remove Hamas. Today, Israel is accused of committing genocide against a people that want to commit genocide against them. Recognizing the "State of Palestine" essentially means you're okay with Hamas... and the Charter.

Yes, both the original as well as the 2017 "Lite" version.
Correct. Lots of people seem to dislike the Jews, for some reason.
Yes, that definitely sucks for them.
The list of things which we (as a nation) are "essentially ok with" is pretty long.
I personally believe that the US' trade and economic policy should be based on what is best for the people of the US.

As for Palestine, just go to x.com and do a search for "food at Gaza" and see what pops up. Decide for yourself.
I've heard we're going to pivot from "climate change will kill us all!" to "there's an alien space craft headed here, and it's going to kill us all!" Until then, "Israel is starving all of Gaza!"

When Judge Brian Murphy of the Federal District Court in Massachusetts — appointed to the bench by the Biden administration — issued a preliminary injunction in April against the transfer of deportable illegal migrants to third countries, a majority on the Supreme Court later issued a stay on Murphy’s order.
However, the Biden-appointed judge decided that his order remained in effect, citing a dissent from Justice Sonia Sotomayor. The Trump administration referred to Murphy’s action as “unprecedented defiance” of the Supreme Court’s authority, according to court documents.
