^ Blame it on the media who should be the ones pinning them all to the wall. When any of them flip/lie the debate or interview should be interupted to get things cleared up. None of the hosts right/left will go any deeper into a subject beyond the cursory "excuse me, but you said on xx/xx/xxxx the following".

When it comes to electoral politics, most of the people will find something to complain about most of the time.

I guess there's always a smoking gun somewhere...

Considering it was the centerpiece of the House meeting today I'd really like to read the memo in its entirety but I doubt we will get that chance. I guess someone needs to polish up the old resume...

Donald Trump seemed to walk back his promise to pay the legal fees of supporters who are charged for violence at his rallies when pressed on the subject by ABC's "Good Morning America" on Tuesday.
"By paying those (legal) fees, wouldn't you be rewarding and encouraging violence?" asked host George Stephanopoulos.
"No, no I didn't say that. I haven't looked at it yet, and nobody's asked me to pay for fees, and somebody asked me a question and I haven't even seen it, so I never said I was going to pay for fees," the Republican front-runner said, at first denying what he has said both during a campaign rally and on Sunday during an interview.

Doubtful.
In general, people with lower levels of education and income are more highly predisposed to over-cook their beef:

So now that the GOP has finally narrowed the field the front runner decides to take his ball and go home; "Reports: Republicans cancel Monday debate in Utah"
Reports: Republicans cancel Monday debate in Utah
"I think we've had enough debates," Trump said Wednesday on Fox News, which was to have hosted the debate.
Trump said he only recently learned about the Monday Salt Lake City debate and already has a commitment that same night. Sounds like a campaign that can't communicate with one another. How long in advance is this stuff planned @Joe Perez?

The open borders crowd doesn't understand that for every illegal alien who is coming over to have a better life, there's a drug dealer or pedophile or felon coming over right next to them.
By not enforcing our immigration laws, democrats AND republicans are condoning rape tress, drug mules, slavery, and the destruction of our economy. If they cared for these good immigrants at all, they'd build the wall and establish e-verify nationally.

If you're looking for a more substantive piece of policy:

He been quoted numerous times before 2016 and his campaign, that he was NOT in favor of it, think it's bad and should be repealed, and was very critical of republicans for letting it pass.
Liking the idea of everyone being required to have health insurance (and getting it from ANY provider you wish) and that you dislike and will repeal Obamacare is not contradictory whatsoever.
and maybe he just:
