You know, this is a rather small issue in the context of the case, but I have to say I'm tired of people describing the physical altercation as a "fistfight."

I would encourage anyone who feels tempted to describe it as a fistfight to have someone several inches taller and quite a bit stronger than they are to mount them MMA-style and drop a few punches from up top before grabbing their head and smacking it into a hard cement surface, and see if they would still describe that experience as a "fistfight."
