Flat tax FTW! I'm still irritated that I only worked 7 months last year, went to school full time the other 5, got a cut for the school tuition payed for out of pocket, and still owed nearly a grand this year! 
A lot of that is my works fault for ******* me again by not cutting correct taxes even after I tried fixing it twice.

would you take flat tax in exchange for:
a proportionally priced cost of living scale?
ie the percentage of your salary for food, healthcare, etc is the same no matter what you make.
or: a cheeseburger costs someone who makes 10k/yr a buck and it costs someone who makes 100k/yr 10 bucks for the same burger. similarly a dental exam for 10k person costs $20 and 100k person 200...
all non-essential stuff is the same for everyone. new TV: $799 for both folks.

WTF DONT YOU GUYS??? I pay $60 for about 10gig per month how does your net work???
this is really interesting considering I have no idea how your current system works but it sounds like our "private health insurance" we pay for private which gives us faster access to doctors/ hospitals/ surgery ect, then we have Medicare which is gov funded (by taxes) which everyone has a right too, as you can prob tell by my use of the word faster, this is only reliable when it comes to basic illness, of dr visits that are in & out that supply a prescription, other than that unless you’re dying you have maSSive cue’s in hospitals... If funded correctly it would be great but the gov intentionally don’t so people by private..... sux really, we pay just under $200 for my wife & myself per month for private....
My brother in law has worked hard for about 5 years, he is pretty young & has been diagnosed with a disease which will stop him working within 2 or so years, after that his money will run out pretty quick, his medical bills (private) are pretty big now as it only covers so much, when he stops working he won’t be able to afford private or the expensive medicine which will leave him pretty much for dead unless he gets a special cover by the gov, in which they pretty much cover all his costs, in the U.S under what ive heard in this thread you guys would have him die because he wouldn’t get the cover he needs... unless there’s more to your system that I don’t know about...
this could be your brother or sister am I right?
if I may can I put this question out to everyone.... if it’s not too touchy
would you rather see homeless people on the streets of the U.S helped & not spend so much on military or be a superpower & not help out with the amount of homeless the U.S has? this has always bugged me as to what the general U.S population would say...

First off they give them a check every week for x amounts of Dollars which they promptly take to the liquor store, crack dealer, ***** house.
Second after x amounts of months they are put up in downtown lofts and apartments for 6 months rent free (As long as they keep a job) after that time the bills are up to them. Once that happens the first thing they do is hit the street and buy a bottle get fired and do the cycle over again in a few months.
Third most of these people are there because they want to be there (See first and Second) they just want hand outs and people to feel sorry for them and give them free ****.
All they want to do is get drunk and high go to the local library and watch ****

I have absolutely no fear of North Korea. They don't even have enough food in the country to orchestrate an invasion that lasts more than a week. China won't strongly back them as long as they want to sell all their **** in Walmarts in the US. China's economic relationship with the US far outweighs their historical military relationship with NK. A warring NK threatens China's economic boom. South Korea is actively equipping themselves with means necessary to defend against an NK attack, ever since NK tested their nuclear weapons.
Let's face it. The only real threat Iran poses is to Israel. We are screwing the pooch with our relations with Israel, but I'd take their military and technology over Iran's any day of the week. Problem is, they're surrounded by retards.

My bet is that he did it right in the middle of the victory dance so that his core supporters would not get to raise such a ruckus (sp?) over it. That and sacntions with Iran, which I dont think anyone thinks are a good idea since they are totaly ineffectual.
