Thanks for the link last week, boy is that a slow hellcat.
Another exocet today, well, maybe a ghetto-cet, close enough.

Nothing too remarkable time wise, and I still can't seem to launch for a ****, but at least I didn't get eliminated on a red light. Hopefully that **** is out of my system.

Oops, how'd that get in there yum!

More nice pics...

According to some of my friends, this guy was talking big trash about my car until I smoked him, so bad. He had a good 60, I'll give him that. He didn't actually talk any trash while I was near my vehicle so it's just hearsay.

This was a good race, my friends red mustang and my car were both dialed at 12.50 and the margin of victory was like .0077 or something like that. He eliminated me, but it was on a good race not a red light

I always loved getting a heads up race when bracket racing... Nice Fox Mustang, too...

Had a blast, saw these McLarens run each other, yes there were 2. 10 something at 130.

I ended up beating up on the grey hellcat all night, and the 7:15 timesheet is me eliminating him even though they got his number wrong.

He is getting better, even treed me once I think, he had new bias ply Mickey Thompson tires too.

And the hot woman who gives out the timesheets gave me this, after I got eliminated. She said she only gave these to her favorite racers, and one of them is me. I am in trouble now.

Man was it hot today, not only my car, but I was heat soaked. Eff that 37 traffic.
Anyway everyone was down about 1/2 a second today.

I missed 2nd gear on the first elimination round
40 & 53 are C5 5.7 Z06's, 79 was a new Mustang GT who did a 12.8 later. Had a blast with all my friends anyway.

Had a great time!
Car 15 was a normal Challenger, car 49 was a raybus that beat me, wasn't even Vlad, it didn't go over well, but I eliminated him. Car 54 was my friend's '16 mustang GT, I think, where is that car? #88 is another friend's classic sport fury, he races at Sac a lot too, he's good, he eliminated me.

Some nice cars there tonight. This GTR does 8's IIRC.

This is a McLaren, I saw someone asking about a yellow one in another thread.

My friend's blue Mustang GT ran an 11.9 tonight and broke out for me.

Windy today at Sears Point.

Annnd... I took 2nd place tonight.

Lost on a double breakout to my friend in the Red fox body a few posts back.

Last time. That's my buddy Ron.

This time I had technical difficulty, dipstick pushed out a little, but enough to drip some oil, so I had to go. I need to look at my check valve, haven't had this happen in a while.

Windy as usual. Look at all the Tesla's, we need an EV class here. They red light just as bad as we do tho.

Man, look at that white Camaro.

Damn Tesla's. We do need another class. One for guys that just push the pedal on the right and the car they paid 120k for just goes down the track. They get no love or respect from me. A guy here ran 11.6, then on his next run, ran an 11.6. I'm sure it was "fun".

Chugging along, I messed up staging on the first elimination round and roxanned.

There were some cool cars today. The grey hellcat is car 73 on regular tires this time. 46 is this green porsche.

This mr2 has a k24 motor with a t3 on it, running 11.6 shutting off at the 1000' mark. Don't want to go 11.49.

One for you FD guys, high 12's.

It's hard to make out, but the CHP landed a helicopter there today.

More "Stance" from last week, the poor girl in that raybus said she was in reverse when I launched.

So effing hot today, man...

Car 18 was the grey hellcat who was finally quicker than me with front skinnies this time, barely. Car 89 was a new SS Camaro with this sticker on it.

They won't have me as a member, said I should look up the manual gearbox extinction society.
Oh yeah, I took 3rd place, nice chrome trophy.

A nice sunset today too. Next week is a big money race if anyone thinks they are competitive, should be a few grand for first place. I will be running gear jammers as usual, no need to give my money to the automatics.
