Yeah it can. All I said was his car is faster then mine. Easily 1 to 1.5 seconds faster in the 1/4.

Besides there are only two or three people on this forum that would actually think twice the horse power would make the car twice as fast. You're not one of them.

And i know my car is not making what it should. My timing map looks like it was made by someone's grandmother.

You know what would ultimately prove beyond doubt what this car is making and shut EVERYONE up?
Taking it to the 1/4 mile and easily trapping over 120.
JayLs car which made 360whp was in that area. This car should be well into mid 120's.

As for the people trying to claim that it wouldnt have stock driveability due to the cams, my 1.6 has bigger cams than his, and has valves springs and solid lifters and headwork. People who drive my car and also own their own mx5 dont say it drives like stock but people who have different fast cars reckon it drives like a stock car. To me it only feels different when i jump straight into another 5. Having the area straight off idle tuned nice makes a big difference, running 1200rpm idle helps too. I cant imagine his car would be worse than mine to cruise in, I have the same diff as him and a 6 speed and its not that bad.

i just skimmed thru 14 pages of this thinking
there has to be at least 1 vid of this car that's worth a ****
i want my ******* 20 minutes back
how does anyone build a car with this much power and never take a vid of it out running?

i thought this was his old setup and there's a thread with his new setup?
it was running and produced the dyno at the beginning of this thread, correct?
someone took the time to make a vid of it idling - why the **** would no one vid it running somewhere?
