Just wanted to say how awesome this project is. Im a SCAD graduate as well and saw OP was from SCAD as well. I went for design management with a background in industrial design. Love your work. We will eventually be using this on my wifes Miata who I met at SCAD. Very cool and thanks for sharing it.

Oh that's funny, I have a friend who's wife is a SCAD graduate, but even funnier, my favorite Ice Cream Parlor in the country; is in front of SCAD!
It's cool to see that people are still printing these and getting use out of them. If it isn't obvious from the lack of posting in this thread, I haven't been able (or willing to risk the money it would take) to take the carbon versions from one offs to production. If someone else wants to take over attempting to commercialize composite versions send me a PM.
Its possible at some point I will make a few more carbon ones and throw them on ebay. If I do I'll them up here.

I'd probably pick one up. Pretty happy with my current setup and was about to start creating an isolation box once I delete PS, but I'd rather hit the "easy" button. Would also like to dyno it back to back vs my current setup just for ***** n giggles. FWIW my WAI pulled 120f at WOT for 20 minutes last weekend when ambient was 50f.
Here it is while In progress, test fitting the joints, mocking up where to put the port adapter and while I figured out where to move the air horns the previous owner installed. Since I've deleted the airbags (can't get a working 94 airbag ECU) I pull the front crash sensor by the lock while I was in there.
On my 94, where I chose to cut into the MAF harness there were 6 wires which was initially confusing for a 5 wire MAF connector until I pulled back the factory sheathing.
The grey wire is actually a shielded wire with the red one inside and the black/green get split into two.
Also using the K&N RU-5090 filter which fits nicely and doesn't have a metal end on it. Valve cover breather was branded Spectre via the local AutoZone.
Anybody found any good solutions for reworking the hood prop to fit somewhere?
How many people would be interested in one of these? I might be willing to take on a production batch, or work with a vendor on one. Not willing to make a full time job of it, or do it as charity, but I might consider doing a batch or two.

If you want to 3d print these and sell them that is fine- But doing a "production batch, or work with a vendor on one." is waay outside the bounds of a creative commons license.
That said, if you do want to put together some kind of production run, I'm sure we could work out an inexpensive agreement.
My apologies, I assumed based on your previous post you were looking, at least casually, for someone to license/buy out the design. I'm sorry if I've stepped on toes. That said, with one reply in a day, it's not looking like a great risk anyhow.

If your class rules don't allow removing the hood prop you can put a small bend in it and tuck it out of the way. To keep the hood up I use a wooden dowel. Gas struts would be an easy solution as well.
I have a question. I see that some people have used a fitting in the silicone elbow to attach the IACV hose to. Why haven't I seen something similar for the PCV intake? Could you theoretically just use something as simple as a metal valve stem? I would prefer not to use a pod filter on my valve cover and would like to retain PCV functionality.

to start: you need to learn the difference between the PCV and a crankcase breather port.
but yes, i agree, there should be accommodations for the crankcase breather outlet on this intake. I would use the same fitting as mentioned that people use for the IACV -- or in my case, i literally cut a hole in my silicone intake hose, and pushed the hose up through...
