I'll throw a tape on it before I mail it out, but I think it's just 3".
I can also get the housings for cheap enough that at some point, I will tune the car on a .64 housing as well (the housing in the photos is a .86 A/R housing) just to see the difference.

Another question: supposedly you need to introduce the gasses from the 4 cyls in the turbine inlet in the correct (circular) order - how is that done here?

I'd never heard that. It's set up in the same order as most other manifolds. The WG will normally be vented to atmosphere, yeah.

In a perfect world, those sort of principles could probably be better applied, but packaging and ease of manufacture come into play under our hood.
I don't think it's keeping Paul and other Absurdflow users up at night, not with the sort of power figures they're pulling down.
