Copy-paste job from Somethingawful:
I didn't hit a deer on the way home. I'm not used to having a soft top so I'm not sure what noises are OK and which ones aren't. The top down is magical; almost no air dives into the cabin with the windows up. They fucked up the paint, so detailing and sealing it to remove all of the swirls is in short order. I'm replacing the electrical power steering with hydraulic because after 4 years of daily driving a car with EPS, I just need that RAW MECHANICAL FEEL, ya know? Probably going to try to get an alignment tomorrow.

Also a Mustang gawked at me and a Civic Si tried to race me.

I paid a bit more than I wanted, but got it under sticker.

Yeah, apparently you didn't love the color of the brakes, though. GODDDDDDD I DID NOT PAY 3000 FOR YOU TO NOT NOTICE MY BRAKES

Probably never.

It's squeaking like crazy from the left rear. I think it might be the caliper.

This just in-

-m.net users agree, 14.5 second 1/4 mile time is "VERY respectable" and "plenty quick for a street car".

-Great Wall of Text writers inform everyone- NA Miatas need 200whp to compete with ND drag times.

-30 second sex is totally adequate

The car felt kinda weird under transitions and was kinda snappy.

I think I know why.

Is the dealer supposed to do an alignment as part of their prep?

That's a decent amount of caster, compared to the typical road car!
