Someone likes cat food besides the kitties.
Guy at salvage yard was demonstrating raccoon eating out of his hand but I wasn't quick enough to get that shot. There were 5 or 6 junkyard kitties eating at ground level when I took this pic.

As for the actual bomb itself, that would appear to be illegal to possess under 26 USC § 5861, as the definition of "firearm" is clarified in 18 USC § 921 to include bombs:

I did the Porsche event they have every year up there at Amelia Island and got to see their shop and collection. It's pretty cool. I have a bunch of pictures I took, but then they told me I couldn't have them, otherwise I'd post them.

Old race cars. I talked to the old machine shop owner who built and raced them since he was 14. Neat guy. He had a steel tree with a trunk welded to look like bark.
