Right now the brisket is at about 9 hours on the smoker. I just wrapped it in tin foil and put it back on the smoker. I will pull it a bit later this afternoon.

Half-pound burger with melted cheddar cheese, two strips of Applewood smoked bacon, house-made brisket, house-made pulled pork, smothered in spicy BBQ sauce, and topped with two onion rings. Served with beach fries.

We have sacrificial plumbing with grounding rods in place just to save this from happening to the pump impellers. Stray current can be a bitch and sometimes hurt.
