This actually makes a lot of sense. I hadn't really thought about it, but there probably is a lot more ambient gravel and whatnot floating around the average highway at Miata-level than at higher elevations.




Please tell me that that whole sculpture is made entirely out of weld bead.

 

I know nothing about it, except that it looks cool. Sent to me by a Canadian friend, no idea where he got it.

I say this because, when I tried to grow my hair out during the metal phase of late high-school / early college, that's pretty much what it turned into.
