I really am curious as to whether that's real.

Even given the very low cost of the raw ingredients, the overhead involved in running a food business makes me question the viability of this concept.

Of course, by the same token, there are a number of 1$ slice places in NYC...

 

 

 

Given all that my wife orders online, and despite her saying we wouldn't get another cat after we lost hers two months ago, I fully expect to find this at the door at some point.

 

Whenever I hear white, middle-aged Americans pining for the "good old days," I want them to remember that this is the sort of thing which was considered normal in 1950's America:
