Finally changed the oil in the silver wagon last night. It'd been weeks since I'd driven it.
Getting to work and back in the 335 was making me soft.
Hoping to order a lift for the shop today and then plausibly starting the black wagon build up.

Finally went to the dealer to get the airbag recall done and I'm having severe anxiety about anyone besides me wrenching on my car. I wrote down the mileage and praying they don't go for a joyride on the many long and empty streets around there.
The porter was an old lady who stalled my car so...at least she won't be going anywhere with it

having worked at a dealership for so many years makes me extra paranoid about having them do anything.

Last week we sold our legacy. I will not miss it, at all. Of course in one last attempt to frustrate me, it's battery died about a week before that. So I threw the STi battery into it and took the opportunity to get something lighter for the STi.
Last night I ordered an Oddysey PC680
According to MT 1337 crew it should be good, but I was really nervous ordering it since CCA is so low vs stock. I hope I don't regret the decision later, this is my 1st time getting a tiny battery vs just another stocker. 15lb vs 43lb on the very nose of the car is a pretty big difference though.

The more I drive it and look at it, I think the STI scoop is growing on me. Honestly I'm just glad I found one in the OEM color. Car actually looks halfway decent in all the broken sunlight reflections too

that is one tiny battery. let us know how it goes, my battery is almost 6 years old so I might be looking for one soon.
EDIT: Why is that battery not for sale on catalina island lol
I love the STI scoop, always have. Its so big and obnoxious.
found a front lip from a local company for 50 bucks, seems about as strong as the r pkg lip on the miata. flexible and doesn't seem like it would break unless I **** up.
gimmicky instagram picture angle incoming

I don't think so. Maybe with some serious modification lol
No, they're the 18x8.5s from a '16-'17 STI. The fitment on the inside is...tight.
I hate 95% of the aftermarket wheel options for this car but these were exactly the type of wheel I was looking for.
